Are you tired of all the relentless, conflicting advice on diets and nutrition. Tired of a “one-size-fits-all” approach to being a woman. How many “diets” have you tried? Some work for a few months, but eventually they become unsustainable as you try to incorporate your diet into your family, social and work life.

I look at health and ageing through a different lens - one that is personalised to your bio-individuality, or what is otherwise known as Precision Nutrition. It’s the very reason that some “diets” work for some people, while not for others.

I’m interested in your metabolic health because this is the foundation of preventing the key drivers of ageing. I want to understand what foods trigger a blood sugar “spike”, cause inflammation in your body, prevent you from tapping into fat loss when you exercise, and leave you feeling fatigued or anxious, or both. I take data from the Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) that you wear at the start of my program and help curate an eating and wellness plan that is sustainable, effortless and ensures your micro- (vitamins and minerals) and macro-nutrients (protein, carbs & fat) requirements are attended to.

My role in your wellness program is to educate and provide guidance towards a simpler way of eating, and a lifestyle that helps you ease into your 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and beyond. Ageing needs to be revered as a time of freedom, creativity, wisdom, and having a deeper sense of self. We can achieve this only when our physical and mental health is solid. No one strives for a longer life-span racked with debilitating disorders and diseases of ageing. We strive for a longer life-span, but only when that comes with an accompanying robust health-span.

Your body intuitively craves harmony & equilibrium. But with the abundance of food (good and bad) on offer to us, sometimes it becomes all too overwhelming and we lose touch with our body’s needs. A return to good health & wellbeing is in order…
